In plastic surgery the decision starts long before the consultation. The doctor needed future patients to get to know her, trust her judgement and arrive informed.
We wrote short scripts for each procedure, with a hook in the first second. We filmed in a studio with two sets, and in editing added dynamic captions, highlighted keywords and simple animations that explain each procedure.
