Do you do graphic design without branding?
Yes. If you already have an identity, we design from your guidelines. If not, we can make one-off pieces, though we will recommend defining the identity so everything stays consistent.
How long does a design take?
It depends on the piece and the volume: a one-off piece is delivered much faster than a campaign pack or packaging. We agree on the delivery date when we receive your request.
Do you deliver print-ready files?
Yes. We deliver files with the size, color and format your printer needs, plus web and social versions.
Do you work per piece or monthly?
Both. Businesses with many pieces a month do better on a monthly plan; one-off needs are quoted per project.
Do I get the editable files?
Yes. At the end you receive the final files and, when agreed, editable files or templates your team can update.
Do you work with US businesses?
Yes. We do graphic design remotely for brands in the US, the Dominican Republic, Mexico, Spain and Puerto Rico.
